GARY WISGO
President and CEO
 Gary Wisgo has a rich history in the management of technology and product development including previously serving as Director of Technology and Development and Chief Operating Officer for GeoFocus.
His vast knowledge of hardware/ software engineering and Internet based communication management have made Wisgo a sought after resource for a wide array of customers seeking state-of-the art wireless communication solutions that integrate leading edge technologies.
In addition to his technical expertise, Wisgo has achieved noted success in the areas of research and development, project management and customer support. His successful process reengineering work has resulted in millions of dollars in process cost savings.
Wisgo has held key senior level positions in a variety of corporations including EnerLook Healthcare Solutions, JTECH Communications Inc, CyLex Systems and Sensormatic Electronics Corporation and International Business Machines Corporation (IBM), the world’s top provider of computer hardware.
While at IBM, Wisgo managed a research and development group with a $5.5 million budget that introduced leading technologies to IBM products including a cutting edge miniaturized Palm Top Computer.
As Director of Product Development at Sensormatic Electronics Corp, Wisgo was recognized for the management and development of an identification security system, which was used at the 1996 Olympic Games to protect athletes and coaches in the Olympic Village at Georgia Tech University.
He holds a patent on a keyboard and touch screen input system and is a multiple-published contributor to the IBM Technical Journal. He was also the recipient of the IBM Management Excellence Award.
EDMOND FEE
Controller
 Edmond Fee brought over 25 years of financial management experience to GeoFocus when he joined as Controller in January, 2003. He is a CPA and his previous experience has included division controllership positions with large manufacturing companies such as ITW and Copperweld. He has also served as corporate controller for Micron Industries, an electrical transformer manufacturer, and TCPI, a biotech firm.
JORDAN HENDERSON
VP of System Architecture & Software Engineering
 Jordan Henderson joined GeoFocus in 2004 as Director of Software Engineering and systems architecture. Jordan brings 25 years of product development, working with a wide range of companies, from Westinghouse Nuclear Services, Kennametal, International Truck and Engine, as well as numerous other firms.
He has architected small to large systems, from rule based training systems, Computer Integrated Manufacturing, to database engine internals.
ROBERT G. BAKER
VP of Operations & Hardware Engineering
 Robert G. Baker joined GeoFocus in 2004 to address strategic business planning issues and has more recently accepted the position of Director of Engineering. Rob brings 26 years of product development and technology management experience to the team from a spectrum of organizations including large companies such as IBM and Motorola as well as numerous start-ups. He has over a dozen domestic and numerous international patents on topics ranging from multiprocessor designs to imaging systems.
JAMES P. McGINNIS
Senior Vice President Program Manager
 Previously a consultant in defense manufacturing, he served as President of Real-Time Laboratories LLC and as a Product Manager with Northrop Grumman Corporation. He has extensive experience in management of development programs involving the application of GPS technology for defense weapons systems.
Mr. McGinnis had a distinguished career in the U.S. Army before entering the private sector. He is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, received a Masters Degree in mechanical engineering from Georgia Tech and served on the faculty at West Point. He also graduated from the U.S. Army War College and Defense Systems Management College.
